Everyday for 30 Straight Days

  • 30 Minute Workout (provided by TRUCHIRO) (only 3 days a week)

  • Read 10 Pages Of A Personal Development Book
  • Write Down 3 Things For Which You Are Grateful (must be 3 different things each day)
  • Follow One Of The Approved Eating Plans (meal plans/recipes and shopping lists provided by TRUCHIRO)
  • Follow Your Chiropractors Care Plan To Keep Your Nervous System Functioning Optimally as it Controls And Coordinates Every Function In Your Body (price does not include chiropractic adjustments each office will charge separately)



Experts agree that 90% of chronic diseases can be reversed with lifestyle changes. These changes involve what chiropractors refer to as the 3 T's.


Trauma. Toxins. Thoughts


This challenge will not only teach you lifestyle changes to make that will reduce your exposure to the 3 T's, but will also motivate, encourage and inspire you to do it as well.


Trauma, Thoughts and Toxins create stress on the nervous system which controls and coordinates every function of your body. So this challenge, unlike any other challenge out there today will focus not only on the 3 T's but help restore the ability for your nervous system to function at it's optimal level to totally transform your mind, body and of course your life!


Trauma/Physical Stress: The first area we will focus on is physical stress...trauma. This means we need to get you moving, strengthening your muscles, working on your cardiovascular health, flexibility, agility and balance. We will do this through our TRUCHIRO Fit30 Daily Workouts. Workouts are 30 minutes long, can be performed at home and will be tailored to fit your needs based on your fitness level. These workouts will be different each day and delivered right to you.


Toxins/Chemical Stress: The next area of focus will be chemical stress. Yes, chemical stress... toxins! This part of the challenge will focus on what you are putting into your body. not only through your mouth but also through your skin and through smell. This will include a diet plan with meal planning and shopping lists/recipes and more. There will be several different diet plans to choose from based on what works best for you and is recommended by your chiropractor. We will also provide additional instruction on how to reduce your toxic load.


Thoughts/Emotional Stress: The third aspect we will work on is emotional stress....your thoughts! During this challenge you will be performing various tasks to help improve your mindset which is so important when it comes to transforming your health and your life!


Regular Chiropractic Adjustments: Lastly ...even if you make all these changes but your brain and nervous system are not functioning properly you won't be able to totally transform your health and your life. With that said please see your chiropractor for a check up to find out how well your nervous system is working and start getting adjusted regularly.

Dr. Clint Steele

Dr. Clint Steele has been a practicing chiropractor for over 25 years and has been a strength and conditioning coach for that same amount of time. He has trained thousands upon thousand of individuals from athletes, youth level program through the professional ranks, as well as individuals who just want improved health from teens to people well into their 80's and 90's.


Dr. Clint loves seeing the progress people see not only in their bodies but more importantly in their self esteem, their confidence and their health! He has witnessed the amazing changes that people can make in their health when they simply change their lifestyle. As a chiropractor he has seen the damaging effects of the 3 T's ( trauma/physical stress, thoughts/emotional stress and also toxins/chemical stress) and the amazing results that happen when people improve these areas of their life.

Colt Steele

Colt Steele was born and raised in Lewiston, Maine. He grew up playing many different sports but was most passionate about hockey which he started playing at the age of 3 and began officially training for at the age of 9. His efforts paid off and he was able to fulfill his childhood dream of playing college hockey at Liberty University. Colt graduated from Liberty University in 2018 with a focus in health and exercise sciences. After graduation Colt , obtained his advanced certified personal training certification. He was accepted into Logan Chiropractic College but, was drawn to helping individuals creating healthy lifestyles through exercise. Colt has combined his passions for chiropractic, exercise and his experience in strength and conditioning training to help create the TruChiroFit Lifestyle.


Colt has taken the most beneficial aspects he has learned over his training experiences and combined them to help people just like you add life to your years and years to your life.

Tina Steele


Tina, has her Master's Degree in Higher Education and left her 28 year career in Higher Education 4 years ago to begin working in her husband's, Dr. Clint Steele, chiropractic practice. 

She has experienced firsthand the benefits of TRUCHIROPRACTIC care and the impact exercising and making lifestyle changes can have on resolving health issues she herself previously struggled with for years. She is truly passionate about helping other people achieve optimal health through these avenues. She has several years of research under her belt on the benefits of chiropractic care and lifestyle changes that will lead to true health. 

Tina helps with the education piece of our TRUCHIRO Fit Lifestyle program and is an integral part of motivating, encouraging and inspiring our members to reach the healthiest versions of themselves. 

She and her husband, Dr. Clint Steele Co-Founded TRUCHIRO together and are passionate about sharing the TRUTH of chiropractic and helping people make lifestyle changes that will help them live their healthiest life possible..t.
